4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking

Clients can book our services through our online platform or by phone. Bookings are subject to availability.

4.3 Invoices

Clients will receive an invoice detailing the services provided and the total amount due. Payments are expected within 14 days of the invoice date.

5. Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

8. Liability

Gardeners Regents Park is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage or personal injury, unless caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gardeners Regents Park, including designs, plans, and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of the company. Clients are not permitted to reproduce or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
